Items are eligible when returned:

In like-new condition with all original packaging and hardware intact

Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Not customized beyond standard options listed

Steps to Initiate a Return

Start by emailing us at contact@justsold.shop for approval. Once confirmed, we provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Detailed packing guidelines

Return authorization number (RA# required on all packages)

Note: Returns arriving without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Issues with Your Order

Report problems immediately upon receipt, including:

Damaged frames, prints, or packaging

Incorrect design, size, or color shipped

Missing components or hardware

Non-Returnable Items

These cannot be accepted:

Custom artwork with personalized text/images

Final sale or clearance decor

Fragile items damaged due to improper handling post-delivery

We'll credit approved returns toward your replacement purchase
